For a parent to be able to coordinate with their child’s teacher and state their expectations, their worries, concerns over their child; and for the teacher to express the same back to the parent, is so effective, beneficial, and worthwhile for the child’s wellbeing.

Both parents and teachers are extremely important people in a child’s life, and both play roles that are crucial to their development.

To a child, their entire world may revolve around these two people. So, to have them come together, meet, talk about them, would mean a lot more than you think it would. The impact could be greater than you expect, and resolutions, agreements, and plans that these two groups come to, could have much more chances of being obeyed and followed by the child. Besides, it is only natural and expected that a parent is involved in a place their child spends so much of their time.

How can you sit at ease without knowing what kind of person your child is learning from every day, and whose mannerisms they unavoidably adopt?

Teachers make such huge impacts on children, any parent must keep in touch, and keep eyes on what kind of values and information they learn from them. Teachers, on the other hand, would do well to know the family backgrounds of the kids they spend so many hours of the day with. To have a pre-planned duty in mind, to know what they are expected to teach, how they are expected to teach, and the sort of mindsets their students have, and the sort of families they are to go back to, is extremely helpful in improving the teacher’s work and even making it more compatible for each individual’s needs.

For a parent to be able to coordinate with their child’s teacher and state their expectations, their worries, concerns over their child; and for the teacher to express the same back to the parent, is so effective, beneficial, and worthwhile for the child’s well-being.

It helps build bonds that make the child feel comfortable and open in both settings and helps him or her understand that there are people in this world who care for them, and are working for their benefit - all things that greatly contribute to their self-esteem.

There are aspects of learning that a parent would know better, aspects of the child’s personality and traits that they would do well to inform the teacher about. On the other hand, there are talents and abilities of the child, habits, and mannerisms, that the teacher would be more aware of, which he or she would do well to inform the parents about. The development and raising of a child consist of coordination and unity between these two groups of people - the parents and teachers. Both, when working together, can miraculously transform a child’s performance. KidsChaupal aims at being the bridge and with KidsChaupal, the relationship between you, your child, and the teacher flourishes with better understanding.
