Most parents today shoot videos of their children to treasure a few special memories. Likewise, Kyra’s parents ensured to store these recordings now and then making her quite comfortable and confident in front of the camera. A compilation of home videos transformed into a YouTube channel when the family was enjoying their vacation in Thailand and observed that Kyra’s impromptu travel vlog was far beyond her age. As the vlog circulated among their circle, it gained immense popularity and comments flooded in proposing an independent channel where she can voice out her opinions relating to her age group. Several parents of her class started responding to the same as some of her videos have helped them decide the best gifts for children her age.

Since Kyra was already making videos with some regularity, uploading them on YouTube and streaming them on a channel felt like the natural next step. “She always enjoyed watching unboxing videos with her father and it suddenly struck her like lightning to record videos for the same,” says Kyra’s mother. She also reminisces how different their production quality was from when they initially started and how the channel is evolving the same way Kyra is. Her strong reasoning skills with a firm opinion erases the dilemma of the viewer.

It nearly seems unusual for kids her age to possess and emit versatile skills in versatile subject matters. A born talent or an acquired skill, Kyra has a long way to go and through her journey, her parents have decided to stand like a wall and encourage her to find areas of interest other than her current one. “She is still young and has a lot to explore in the world. Who knows how her ambitions or interests might change with exposure to other things? We would not want her to decide on a lifelong career based only on what she knows at this age. Whatever she chooses to do, as parents we would like to ensure it continues to inspire her and stimulate her intellect.” Kyra’s parents believe.
